If you choose a predesign website that already has a form on the contact page (a "request info page") then we can integrate that with Shoot Q at no charge after you activate the website. Contact Support to request this.
For predesign websites without a request info page, you will need to add one.
There are some standard layout options here, or you can contact Support to order a custom page design. Shoot Q can be integrated into the new page when we install it.
